Promotion Period: Promotion sponsored by Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. (“Sponsor”) is open between 10am Eastern Time (“ET”) on Thursday, December 11 and 12am ET on Sunday December 14^th (the “Promotion Period”). Promotion open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. How to Enter: To receive one (1) entry during the Promotion Period, log-in to your Instagram account and navigate to the @littlebitessnacks account page. Then, follow @littlebitessnacks (if you are not doing so already), locate and “like” the Promotion post and tag a friend in a comment to the post to receive one (1) entry for the Promotion drawing. Void where prohibited by law. Limit one (1) entry per person using only one (1) Instagram account. Entry requests generated by script, macro or other automated or improper means are void. Random Drawing: 187 winners will be selected in a random drawing following the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $24 Prize recipients are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if any. Prize recipients will receive an Instagram direct message (“DM”) from Sponsor requesting their mailing address for prize fulfillment. Prizes will be mailed within 1 to 4 weeks from date of mailing address receipt. Comment Conditions: Entry must (i) be entrant’s own original work, (ii) cannot be previously published or submitted in connection with any other promotion, (iii) be in keeping with the Sponsor’s image and (iv) not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property rights or any other third party rights. License/Use of Comments: By submitting a comment on Instagram in connection with this Promotion, and to the extent allowed by law, you grant the Released Parties a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub licensable, unconditional and transferable license to edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, reproduce, encode, store, modify, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse your entry, name, photo, and biographical material including, but not limited to, all materials submitted in connection with the Promotion in any and all media, throughout the world, and in any manner, for trade, advertising, promotional, commercial, or any other purposes without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation to entrant or any third party. General Conditions: Promotion may be withdrawn without prior notice. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor’ sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Promotion and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners via random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken.
